I have been told they will send text message reminders about appointments etc, this is fantastic as I am very busy and this will ensure that I can keep on top of my appointments. I have been with the practice for a few years. They are very professional and very approachable. The dentists are lovely and very friendly and this helped ease my son into his appointments. When i tried to contact the system would not let me and to compound it the practice telephone nbumber given is unavailable-shambles.
