Dentists are OK but the reception staff are awful. I wont be going back nor would I recommend the practice because the reception staff really are terrible. Avoid!

I visited the hygienist to-day and was never so humiliated as I was by the way the receptionist spoke to me. For the first time in my life, I was late by 6 minutes going in the door. The reason being that I couldn't find a parking space. I did leave it to the last minute due to having an urine infection and having to frequent the toilet. The receptionist was busy with another patient, when I arrived, so by the time she was ready to see me I was 10 minutes late for my appointment time. She told me in no uncertain terms that I was 10 minutes late for my 20 minute appointment and wasn't sure if I would be seen. She said she had to speak to the hygienist. She did speak to somebody and returned and said "sit down" I did and after a further 7 minutes a patient came out from the hygienist, which meant, I hadn't wasted anyone time as they were running behind anyway! My treatment from the hygienist lasted 7 minutes in total and there was little to no communication during my visit. And that 7 minutes cost me £38. I would never return there and certainly would not recommend them.
