I visited McDaid for their relief and rescue service. I popped in with no appointment and was still seen within the hour, including being treated. This involved an extraction, but this was fully explained and there was also an ongoing commentary about what was happening and what it would feel like during the process. Uncomfortable, but certainly not painful, and the most amazing part was absolutely no pain whatsoever as the numbness wore off. From a friendly and helpful receptionist, to practice nurses that stopped to chat and a lovely dentist, I cannot rate the staff highly enough. Excellent follow-up as well, with contact made by the practice both later on that day and also the next day to check that there were no concerns or queries.

Prompt and polite service, a good dentist and team. I'm no longer just another patient on a conveyor belt.A rarity nowadays. A very understandably busy dental service.

I've recently joined the practice following on from an emergency dental appointment where I saw the in duty dentist. The dentist was very helpful in explaining why I was getting dental pain and gave me some really helpful suggestions to reduce chances of recurrence in the future. I was impressed by the practices friendliness and professionalism. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. a title (above) as well. Thank you for taking the time to review honestly and responsibly.
