As someone with extreme anxiety i was treated with dignity and respect - right from when i first phoned to leaving. Reception and clinical Staff were friendly, understanding and kind. Everything was clearly and honestly explained to me from the process of signing up to what treatment options were available, as well as any costs, before treatment. I would say this dental clinic was a shining example of good practice. I would not hesitate to recommend mydentist at West Park, Plymouth. | |||||||

I had cause to ring the surgery because of a broken tooth...I was dealt with in an upmost professional manner... from the initial phone call...to the actual treatment by the dentist. I was seen very quickly...and although I had been in great discomfort over the weekend ...my problem was solved painlessly and quickly

The dentist herself is lovely and very good.
However, it is impossible to actually get to see the dentist.
We had 5 out of 6 appointments cancelled (some of which last minute) and been offered replacement appointments months later.
Moreover, the office staff is very unfriendly. | |||||||
