It is because of the excellent services they provide. My dentist and her team are very professional and maintain very high standards that is why they are inundated with NHS requests to receive treatment. I feel personally annoyed that disgruntled NHS applicants use the star review system to provide negative feedback as a means of revenge for not being accepted as an NHS patient. The customer service I have experienced has always gone the ‘extra mile’, ranging from the courteous and helpful reception staff to the caring and hardworking nurses and hygienist. I have found my dentist's treatment to be pain free and most importantly she treats you as a person rather than just another patient, I base my review on my past 50 years experiences of receiving treatment from an assortment of NHS dentists, I hope to remain with Kirkham Dental Care for a very long time.

I feel compelled to leave this review after visiting the Practice's hygienist yesterday. Often in the past having a 'scale and polish' was a slap dash affair that you had to endure rather than enjoy in any way. My experience here was the total opposite, the hygienist was so calm and gentle yet very thorough. My teeth felt and looked lovely and clean afterwards and was all totally painless. Would not hesitate to recommend this hygiene service to others.
