Fao new managing director I sent sn email to Vallance whitefield I have a feeling this will have been deleted I visited Vallance whitefield 9 times for new dentures isn’t visit I saw a lady dentist who said she doesn’t do dentures is she not a dentist I was amazed at what she said I made an appointment to see another dentist she just said I will refer you to the dental school not sure what is going on here made an appt to see another dentist but I didn’t hold out much and thought I am wasting my time here as they are not proper dentists she took impressions and when the denture came back it was very loose in my mouth and kept on dropping down neither use or ornament even with fixodent o had to hold the denture in with my forefinger when eating and when I spoke to people it dropped Down she said that my upper jaw line bone had shrunk back and dentures won’t stay in due to this this statement is absolute nonsense as you will read later on she took impressions of which she hurriedly did they just wouldn’t be right doing it in this manner would she treat a relation like this not a chance she didn’t offer to take new impressions as duty of care she wasn’t really interested spoke to Vallance he didn’t offer an appt to rectify I got a refund but that wasn’t what I wanted I wanted dentures to fit the whole process here is that not one dentist was interested the lethargy and unprofessional is diabolical and they need to be struck off as they are incapable of certain treatments what a cowboy outfit Vallance whitefield is along with Vallance who wasn’t interested or had no duty of care I wouldn’t trust these dentists in my mouth that’s for sure I went to a new dentist she said the denture is too short on the bottom bone line by far and the depth of the denture to the pallet is far too short what a surprise this new dentist is trained properly taking measurements etc dentist at Vallance took pot luck it didn’t work
