I went to see the dentist for my appointment for a clean. I have to say that it was the best clean i had to date... she really tried hard to clean deep between my teeth which i have never had before. Lovely person too...

This dentist has never failed to please me and my family. The staff are overally friendly and always try to meet your needs. The dentists are also amazing. Polite caring and always keep you reassured. I highly reccommend this practise to anyone who is looking for a new dentist to join!

My mother has avoided attending the dentist for years after a traumatic experience at an emergency dental practice. As a result her teeth and oral hygiene suffered greatly. Things finally came to a head and I brought her to my own dentist as an NHS patient. I have never had a bad experience myself here and have always found the staff to be caring and conscientious. My mother found attending the dentist very difficult with previous fears clouding the appointment. However, I cannot express enough the time, patience and care shown by every member of the team. I’m only sorry I don’t know everyone’s name so that I can tell them personally on here. Nothing was too much trouble and over the course of several appointments treatment plans were made and delivered. Everything was tailored to my mothers needs. There was no pressure to have any more treatment than she had agreed to at each appointment. My mother had originally planned to have all the work done under a general anaesthetic due to her fears. Yet just recently she had her final treatment and she had managed each treatment under local anaesthetic. I know that if it wasn’t for the conversations to reassure her and the slow steady pace that was taken with her that this would never have been achievable. I can’t thank the whole team enough for the the care that she was given. I know she still has consultations to have but my mother has completely changed her mind about the whole process and it’s definitely due to the fantastic staff at AP Smilecare. Thank you.
