Need a customer service course in the treatment of patients. Absolutely ludicrous that masks are required when they are no a legal requirement. | |||||||

Absolutely appalled by my mums treatment today on 15/3/22. Staff were rude and aggressive!! My mum was told to wear a mask before entering. She does not wear a mask and there is no law to wear one!! Also as dentists are not NHS and people pay for this service and do not work from an nhs building there is no requirement to wear one by LAW!!! Staff refused her entry and became aggressive and rude to a 75 year old lady!!! Beware do not visit this dentist as they are nasty !!! | |||||||

My wife and I have had visits to this dentist recently to rectify problems that have occurred whilst Covid19 was prevalent. The whole staff couldn't have done anything more. They all went the extra mile to see that we were both sorted before we went on holiday. 10/10. Highly recommended. | |||||||
