After receiving such bad dental treatment and getting terrible advice on my teeth from an NHS Dentist, I am pleased and relieved to have been treated here, Not only have I received great treatment that has helped me feel so much better, I have also had great advice on how to look after my teeth properly. Very pleased with how the staff treat you too and how clean and up to date everything is. Definitely recommend and especially if you are nervous or anxious in anyway .

Ever since having had a terrible experience with an NHS dentist at another practice (where he injected me in the wrong place and then tried repeatedly to drill into my un-numb tooth!!!) I was quite nervous about going to the dentist again, but i have always had such amazing treatment at Backwell dental Care. The staff are always very helpful and friendly, and the dentist i see always talks me through exactly what he's doing and reassures me as he is doing the treatment. Delighted that i have found them - couldn't ask for better. Always spotlessly clean, with state of the art equipment too.

Everyone at the practice is caring, helpful and cheerful. They all have time to answer your concerns and always turn it into a bit of general chit chat too. I had to have a wisdom tooth (and 2 others) removed while under IV sedation. Before this I hated dentists, hate needles, and don't like the idea of blacking out! But they were so patient with me, clearly cared about my teeth and the pain I was in, and it was no big deal at all. I went back for a check up and the healing was going well enough although I needed a dressing. I still hesitated about the dentist putting it in, my fear is that bad. He said I could just take antibiotics but it was more effective for both and I let him do it, no big deal. 100% and more worth the slightly extra money for first class treatment and practice staff who are happy to work there and want to help you.
