My wife booked an appointment with this practice through a booking site the practice has partnered with called emerdency.co.uk. The website says that you pay £45 for the consultation which we paid and on arrival the practice wanted a further £40 for the consultation so now the consultation is now £85 and for them to say that they cant help my wife as they don't have the right equipment. An absolute disgrace. I will be making a further complaint to their regulators. We only booked this appointment as my wife's own dentist let her down today as she was booked in for a tooth removal but her own dentist is sick today and we are going abroad next week.
