I have phoned to book an appointment due to my bottom moler chipping exposing just my filling to be told that I was not a patient any more I have been a paying patient at this dentist for over 30 years they cancelled my last check up appointment due to covid which is understandable I have had no correspondence from the dental surgery stating that i was being removed ,and I have had no reason to pester them as I thought they were catching up on appointments and surgery's as that is what the doctor surgery's are doing due to covid. Now that I need a dentists I found out I was no longer a patient there I was told I could book an emergency appointment only if I was in absolute agony why do I have to wait to be in agony would it not be better to get yr teeth or tooth sorted so yr not in pain or agony I am not happy one bit, absolute utter rubbish they call themselves bupa dental care what care to be asked to wait till in complete pain ! The treatments received from the dentist is brilliant, but it's the ill mannered and lack of respect from the receptionist that has let the surgery down and left me with no choice but to find an alternative surgery for myself and my family.
