I was 1 minute late to my appointment (11 if you count the 'good grace' 10 minutes) and they took me off there books there and then. I explained I was late due to road works on Broom road and by the time I had parked that's why I was late. But no 1 minute late and they took me off there books and gave me a list of dentists in my area. I have been to plenty of appointments here where I've been waiting well over 40 mins late but I am 1 minute late and that's it. Absolutely disgusting. | |||||||

My visits have always been excellent I don’t have a worry in the world I know I’m in the best hands I have been coming for years the staff are so polite esp the receptionist Sarah she has such a soothing voice very polite always greets you with a smile I have always been looked after well no regrets for coming here??Keep up the good work | |||||||
