My son was referred for orthodontic treatment at the age of 14 through our dental practise in Bingham. We went for his initial consultation and then nothing for 2 years we could never get a straight response see from reception. After lots of hassling he finally went to QMC for an op on his mouth after which a year went past and we still had no follow up response it was left to us to chase, only to be told that there is no dentist. I have used this dental practice for well over 40 years and although it is now an hours drive away I continue to go because of the quality of the dental care I receive. The practice is not perfect; there are dental practices in more modern buildings, with more up to date equipment and (it must be said) with more helpful reception staff. But my dentist is brilliant. He is calm and gentle and always cheerful and positive. He has saved teeth I had thought I was sure to lose, and has never caused me any pain. In short, the perfect dentist! | |||||||

I have been with this practice for nearly 40 years. Having retired and now living 100 miles away I have stayed with them. I am a nervous patient and their service is excellent. Staff are polite and efficient. Friends I have recommended them to have been equally satisfied. | |||||||
