Since BUPA took over this practice, I get the impression, not from the Dental Surgeons but from the Reception Staff, that NHS patients, particularly those over the age of 65, are tolerated rather than welcomed. Service is cold, verging dangerously on being rude! Only when you succumb to a long-term, debilitating illness do you realise the inadequacy of Private Health Insurance. Do not look down on the NHS. Mark my words, one day, you will thank Heaven it exists! | |||||||

As a new patient to the practice I was very happy with the care I received. The reception staff were polite, helpful and welcoming as it was my first visit. The dental care I received was great...the dentist explained everything to me thoroughly and gave me treatment options. He was very gentle and explained everything as he was doing the treatment. I found this very reassuring as I am quite a nervous patient! | |||||||
