Have used this dental practice for several years. But, it is impossible to get a routine appointment. I receive the reminder that my appointment is due and when I ring, I am offered appointments in 2-3 months time. As an NHS doctor myself, this is difficult to organise with my own commitments and even when I ring with a list of possible dates, the practice is unable to offer me an appointment. I have now made an appointment for my daughter in a month's time but not for myself. I have a non-urgent problem that can now not be assessed for several months. It is a shame when dental hygiene and problems are common that it is so difficult to get seen. Our previous consultations have been excellent particularly the rapport the dentist has with my 6yo daughter and I am very much in favour of continuity of care but I now have to consider an alternative dentist.
