I must say ive been with this dentist since 2016 and ive been with the same person since then i fount him to be 1 of the best ive sern he put me at ease but since this year i fount the Receptionist to be quite sharp and not very understanding and caring and not very professional at won't they do I have panic attacks anxiety depression and other health issues plus trust issues with regarding my past problems and now they point blank have basically told me I cart have the same person who as Been treating me since day 1 they have told me I have to go with someone else because his left the practice witch I know he's still there and I know he's doing 2 days a week now and has not left or is leaving i fount this to be very unprofessional conduct and as left me feeling uncomfortable and unable to trust what they are saying and have just said that I have to be with someone else that I have never met or seen before and to just put me on to someone else with out asking me if I feel comfortable with this they just basically said your got her now because he's leaving they after Christmas witch I know to be a lie so how can I trust them when I know they are lieing to me and last year I couldn't even get though to them when I had a tooth ache I was in so much pain that I ended up pulling my own tooth out just to stop the pain I have always been scared of the dentist but this 1 man put all my worries away when I went to him but now all my worries are back because I cart see him but I know that their are others still see him I don't trust anyone else and now I don't even trust going back because on how uncompassionate the Receptionist are towards their parents I feel let down and untrustworthy towards them now am gutted
