If you are looking for "the customer is always right" and a genuine concern about clients's teeth, then Queen's road dental care is not the place for you. This is a place where people with more complicated dental background are avoided and if you should disagree with a suggested treatment, they get rid of you, which is what happened to me. I was told they were no longer willing to help me with my dental problem, leaving me with a broken front tooth. First time in my life have I encountered such appalling experience where a private practitioner would disregard you for asking questions which every patient should have the right to know.
