When my white filling came loose I was able to book an emergency appointment at a convenient hour and in a reasonably short time. The dentist assessed the job and I was booked in for a late afternoon appointment the following week so it didn't interfere with my work too much. The dental receptionist was very personable and helpful and was able to answer any questions I had about the NHS dental services. The dentist and dental nurse were brilliant and I had two white fillings done with barely any discomfort at all, and felt really quite relaxed the whole time. I have had a look at the fillings in a mirror and you can't see there is a filling there. I really do feel I had the best quality service and treatment possible, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to my friends and relatives.

I have been awaiting an opening in Arnold for an nhs dentist for some time and I have struck gold in being registered @ BJS. All the team are very friendly and in particular the dentist who has an exceptional likeable manner. Clear concise description of required treatment and cost. Very refreshing to have such a dental practice on my doorstep. First Class.

After a bad experience as a child I have developed a fear of dentists and avoided them for over 15years. Went for my first appointment last week and was terrified. All of the team made me feel safe and more relaxed than I thought possible. Been for a filling and a good clean today and was less nervous due to how great they all were last week... but I didn't feel a thing. No pain at all! filings and a clean done very quickly and I'm so pleased with the results I can't remember my teeth looking so good before and I've already booked my next hygienist appointment! Can't recommend this dentist enough, especially for nervous patients. Don't leave it until you need an emergency appointment, go and register with them now
