I went here to get a bottom part denture made and fitted.it took weeks for the plate to be made and when they fitted it,it didn't fit.i ended up going back 3 times and it STILL doesn't fit. I complained to the staff on the desk and all they said was,we'll make you another appointment to get it fitted.well I told them,there was no point,if you can't get it right after initial fitting and 3 other fittings then you obviously cannot do it properly. I paid £480 for a PART denture that doesn't fit.it now stands in its pot in the bathroom and hasn't moved in ages. Complete let down.i won't be going back . Complete incompetency.

I’ve been with this dentist since my teenage years, now 60, when it was called Brown & Lacey. I had regular checkups and treatments until 2017 when my son was killed by a drunk driver and I went through a bout of depression…. then we had Covid. I cracked a tooth a few days ago and rang for an urgent appointment but was told that I’d been removed from their books. Despite explaining my situation, they were completely unsympathetic and unhelpful. The surgery have apparently recently been taken over by a new owner… I think the obvious emphasis on private dental work and cosmetics surgery tells you everything you need to know about their focus now… it certainly isn’t NHS or loyal customers.
