The basic dental work I have received from the practice has always been good. However, I was referred to their private dentists for a ‘difficult’ root canal at the cost of £500. I am now wary of whether I was mis-sold this as my colleague who is also registered got told the exact same thing a few weeks later. I now regret not having got a second opinion. It seems a coincidence that they are referring so much ‘difficult’ work to their private dentists and refusing a root canal on the NHS, which I suspect is a time-consuming job and not as profitable. On top of this, the practice does suffer very long wait times. For my last visit, I was waiting over 45 minutes past my appointed time. However, you needn’t worry as the reception staff will keep you entertained with loud conversation about their social lives, recent purchases, relationship status and much more.

Waited 45 minutes for appointment , with two children , came out with children in pain and one very upset .... very poor ... wouldn’t recommend
