I had broken my tooth off the previous evening and rang first thing in the morning. The receptionist was very helpful, fitting me in to see my own dentist later in the morning and all with a very cheery manner. I nervously went to the appointment wondering what could be done, but my dentist very soon put my mind at ease explaining everything that he would do. As this was my front tooth he knew I would want it sorted ASAP and he fitted me in at the end of the day. When I went back later to have the root taken out as you might imagine I was very nervous, but both he and his assistant were both very cheery, putting my mind at ease and he explained everything he was doing as he did it. He then explained my options and I am going back in a week to have a plate with a tooth and can then decide in 6months when it is all settled what I want to do. Thank you.

After a few years of dental apathy (!) my wife told me that I need go to a new local dentist. My daughter who lives in Oakham strongly recommended Oasis, now BUPA, in Stamford. I did need quite a few appointments to get the treatment I needed in order to get a mouth of very presentable teeth, and it all went extremely well. The regular BUPA dentist I was referred to was very friendly and explained to me all the treatments very clearly. He has now supplied me with an excellent mouthful of teeth. My wife and I now recommend BUPA Stamford to our friends.

I am a nervous visitor to the dentist and more so today as my lovely dentist who I have seen for several years has now retired. However, I needn't have worried as the dentist was very reassuring and told me at each point what they were doing. The dentist I saw was professional and efficient and I walked out the happy owner of a very nice new white filling!
