I am so sorry to be writing this, I have been at your practice for 30 years and never ever have I been treated the way I was tonight. The dentist was so rude to me!! As soon as I went in before I even sat in the chair he proceeded to tell me how I have not been for a while and basically told me off for it, he then got my file up and on a screen and said is that your name, I said yes, he said I was a non shower, well I don't know why he or it says this because I'm not!! If I haven't been able to make an appointment I have always rang. He was so rude in his manor to me, I could tell the poor nurse was cringing behind. Never ever have I had bad treatment from Mr Ogden, I have seen him my whole life. Ok yes I haven't been since Covid, well I can tell you now I did try to book a check-up but at the time the lady said you weren't doing routine so I left it, and yes I've let it slip and not booked before now but do you know what, HE does NOT know my personal circumstances and he should not judge me. He then proceeded to tell me that my child should of been before now and made me feel like the world's worst parent, again my mistake that she's not been since she was little, but that does Not give him the right to have a go at me. I honestly can't get over how he treated me, it took me back so much. I was nearly in tears when I left the room. Not to mention during this time he completely scared my little girl who then was scared to get in the chair!!!! So he has probably scarred her now of dentists! Nice one. This is really not ok to treat someone like that.
