This was an emergency visit, to attend to a failing tooth, so I saw a dentist new to me. I immediately felt involved in the assessment, decisions, and solutions. In short, the dentist understood my mouth! It is simply a matter of confidence. I immediately asked to transfer to this dentist's list.

Saturday morning my daughter fell down two steps in our home. Breaking her front tooth horizontally in half. We contact the surgery first thing, who quickly arranged a 'sit and wait' appointment. We waited for about 20 mins until the dentist saw her. She reacted very quickly, advising patients that there may be a wait as they had a trauma in and apologising. She was amazing with my daughter, who was naturally worried but she reassured her and subsequently fixed the tooth promptly and an XRay was taken. We returned a few days later and she was very thorough explaining how the Xray showed a really good fit and she was hopeful it was going to last, which to date it has. She was incredibly good with my daughter and thoroughly professional. The work was top class and I thank her greatly.

Staffs are very polite and professional on the phone Staffs at reception are brilliant, they always have a welcoming smile and very professional All the therapists; Dental hygienist, Dentists, Dental surgeons are fantastic I've been living in Bourne for over 5 years and all my visits including all the members of my family have been a wonderful experience Keep up the good work
