The new dentist did a good job of numbing my mouth, drilling out the decayed tooth and filling it, it looks good and no issues. I enjoyed going to the dentist as I had a good laugh with her and her assistant. It made my experience enjoyable and not so daunting going to the dentist. The best appointment I've had :) from Sam ;)

I have been coming to this dental practice for several years now and had slowly been building up my confidence in attending (mainly because it had only been check ups, lol), however then it was found I needed 2 fillings. So today I attended the appointment for the fillings, sat nervously in the waiting room concentrating on calming thoughts, and I can't believe I had been so worried about it, because the dentist and the nurse were so gentle, explaining what was going to happen every step of the way, not rushing, just going steadily ahead, which really helped to keep me calm. The fillings were done without the need for the dreaded anaesthetic injection (yay!! thank goodness!!). The dentist had assured me that if I felt the slightest twinge they would give me the anaesthetic but I honestly didn't feel any pain, ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!! sooo relieved! Just wish my previous dental practice had been like this practice then perhaps I would never have built up such a fear in the first place. I would definitely recommend this practice as everyone I had contact with were very professional, reassuring and friendly.

I have an acute fear of dentists, just thinking about it brings me heart palpitations. Attending my first appointment in years was only due to having the most severe toothache. I was offered a check up on the day I rang, and although scared I knew I had to go.the initial check up was ok, the lovely lady dentist could obviously see what a mess I was, and took things very gently.i needed a filling.my absolute worst fear, second only to needles.ithe appointment was today, I walked to the surgery like I was walking through thick mud. Long story short, I was again treated with the upmost respect even as I was upset before even sitting in the chair.the dentist was , again, amazing, talked me through what was going to happen and kept me informed the whole time.i have NEVER had a pain free filling. Until today. And it wasn’t a tiny one either. Both dentist and nurse were amazing, calming and considerate. I would, and will, thoroughly recommend this practise, and although I won’t liok forward to going back, I won’t be avoiding it for 7 years like this time.
