Dear Valued Patient, Thank you for your feedback and kind comments regarding the ease with which you were able to pay for your treatment and acknowledging the dentist’s efforts in trying to achieve the result you desired, including the making of new aligners at our expense where appropriate. I am sorry that you felt that you wasted your money. We always try and give patients a realistic proposed outcome before they proceed and make it clear that the achievement of this result depends on the patient wearing the aligners as directed. You will appreciate that, due to this commitment, it is difficult for the dentist to manage the progression of treatment whilst the patient is not able to attend appointments as advised and thus undesirable outcomes may result on rare occasions. Thus your treatment which should have finished in 6 months did not finish after 2 ½ years. Our records and pictures prove that you have not complied with instructions on using your appliance. So it is unfair to blame the practice for your negligence. Smile Zone prides itself in providing treatments to your satisfaction.
