Simply Awful I had my first consultation today after waiting approx 8 weeks. The place looked very nice and the reception staff were very friendly. Upon seeing the dental practitioner, I was refused the correct treatment which was a deep clean, due to my receding gums, plaque build up and gingivitis. Instead I was offered and a scale and polish which is considerably less effective. When I asked why, I was told that due to me not visiting the dentist within the past 8 years and not going to the dentist regularly, they would not offer the deep clean due to it only being effective if you keep regular further appoitments for more deep cleaning. As you can imagine I was appalled. I was also spoken to inappropriately. Please consider my experience if you are thinking about making an appointment, it could be a long wait for the appointment and then disappointment for you.
