I recently registered with this Practice and was given an appointment for 2 weeks later. My work schedule is very busy and even though I had scheduled my appointment in my diary, I inadvertently missed my first appointment. I contacted the Practice the following day only to be informed that due to Practice policy my registration was now cancelled. Very disappointing. Due to the demand for NHS appointments and the high number of patients that fail to attend their visits this is something we have had to put in place to reduce the amount of wasted surgery time. If a patient is unable to attend and contacts the Surgery to inform us in advance then we can allocate that appointment to another patient but missed appointments mean a a longer NHS waiting list. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience. | |||||||

Staff are absolutely rude, Been waiting weeks in so much pain for an appointment. Finally whilst having the treatment, which is understandable that I will feel some sort of pain so I raised my hand a little to make them aware its hurting. These were the exact words from the dentist doing the treatment “Do you want this treatment done or not!!, if not you can go home and carry on taking antibiotics and we will not go ahead with it” How rude! Correct me if I am wrong but, any other practice ive been to before would ask the patient to raise their hand if they feel any pain so they can stop for few seconds! | |||||||

WOW ..... After over 40 years of being afraid of going to the dentist I have finally found one that is caring, respectful and accommodating.
The staff are helpful, approachable and experienced in their field.
The opening times suit employed as they have late appointments and not too long to wait for an appointment
The prices and treatments were explained and I was asked to only pay for the treatment given that day, the remainder when the treatment was completed.
