I registered with this dentist as it was local and taking on new NHS patients. I have been having an acute pain in one very specific point so when I was examined and invited back for a double filling I was pleased. Having had the work done, I am left with the exact same pain. I have been told it is sensitive teeth. There is no way on planet Earth that one very specific point is sensitive and the rest of my teeth are not. It is clearly a nerve being exposed to cold water or whatever that needs attention. The dentist was lovely & friendly but I have paid for treatment and I am no better off. I will be registering elsewhere. | |||||||

I would highly recommend this surgery. We have had a few appointments and they give you a concise plan for your treatment, and explain everything along the way. All the staff are friendly, at first the receptionist seemed a little brusque but after more visits it's just her way, she's always polite and efficient.

Joined this dental practice about 18 months ago as an NHS patient. Have always had a fear of dentists but not since joining here. No pain with any treatments and the staff are always friendly and explain what they are doing. Have had an issue for a couple years now with wobbly/twisted teeth at front of my mouth which made me really self conscious of smiling and my dentist recommended a partial denture instead. Obvs was a bit weary - especially of any pain if taking teeth out and getting used to partial denture, but went for it and am thrilled! No pain at all and my teeth now look great - feels comfortable and I can smile again with confidence. Highly recommend this dental practice and the staff. | |||||||
