I was recommended this Denist by a friend. I was in the UK visiting family. From my 1st visit to my last visit I have recieved the best care anyone could have ask for. Not only did they explain the full procedure, but they accomodated my treatment around my schedule, so everytime I returned to the UK from Asia they made time to carry out the dental work(full implants). I now have perfect dentures, and have the confidence to continue my public speaking at rail conferences in Asia. Even though I travel and work in Asia, I would and have recommended this dental practice to my work colleagues. Excellent service, Excellent knowledge matched with friendly staff. |

I was referred to Denaby because both my current and previous dentist had been unable to remove a tricky wisdom tooth, consequently I was very apprehensive when I went for the assessment. I was seen very quickly (around 3 weeks for a non-urgent appointment), and the dentist put me entirely at ease, taking time to explain the procedure and examining the tooth thoroughly. I was made aware and informed of possible problems, but also felt reassured that any such problems would be dealt with easily.
I was then offered a further appointment for the procedure within a very short time, which i chose to delay due to holidays, and I was able to book in for the procedure at my convenience. When I attended for the procedure, the dentist again ran through what he was going to do, he took time to ensure I was properly numb before he started, and then once he started it was over so quickly that I didn't even realise it was done - I felt no pain or even pressure or pulling, I literally didn't know he had done anything.
Then I had time to sit for a while while he gave me clear and full aftercare advice and I was given numbers to ring if I had any problems at all.
I had no swelling, hardly any bleeding, and only 2 doses of standard pain killers.
I was extremely happy both with the procedure itself, and the professional, calm and pleasant friendly attitude of the dentist and his team, who made a stressful situation as easy as it could possibly be.
This is the NHS at its finest. |

The receptionist was very helpful and gave us a much needed appointment, however I paid on arrival and wanted a crown cemented back in, but the dentist refused to do it, saying it could not be done then offered advice on treatment needed but said he couldn’t do it as we are not registered and they won’t be taking any one for a long time! I lost an afternoons pay and £22.70 for advice I didn’t need and still need to find a dentist for treatment! Absolute waste of time and money!!!! |
