Got seen today by the dentist and her nurse they was both made me feel comfortable when I was in pain. All the staff are great!
Would recommend shame they are not having new clients |

Having recently moved to the area I registered my children with the practice. Having had bad experiences previously from our old practice all members of staff we met were so friendly and put the children at ease. Seeing the dentist was a breeze as they were very understanding and didn't rush them. They are now happy to return for their next appointments without tantrums and tears!! Thank you! Had an appointment which had been booked about 2 months. When I got there I was waiting about 25 minutes after my appointment was supposed to have been to be told my appointment had to be cancelled because the dentist chair had broke and I’d have to book another appointment. We were trying to fix the problem while you were attending as we didn't want you to have had a wasted journey. We could have re booked you as soon as possible for you to finish of your treatment as we understand your frustration.
