Having suffered worn down and damaged teeth for many years I decided to try your practise on Risley Hill. After a consultation with the lovely Dentist and assistant I was to start some extensive treatment which was to take a fair length of time, every step She explained to me making sure I understood all of the procedures. Well today was the last appointment and I have now a great smile and teeth to be proud of thanks to the excellent professionalism i received I can’t thank them enough. Moved to this practice approx 7 years ago due to poor service from previous Dental practice, and I can honestly say that I cannot fault it. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an appointment and every member of staff including Receptionists/ dental nurses / Practice manager and the actual dentists have always been incredibly friendly and professional. I did have concerns last year when the Dentist that I usually had left, but his replacement has been wonderful and I particularly like the communication one receives prior to an appointment as I am quite forgetful!!
