I went to this (long-standing) dentist because the N.H.S. dentist I had been seeing at the same practicehad left. They were abrupt, rude, didn't explain my options for treatment or the cost. I experienced horrendous pain, but they didn't stop drilling even though it was very obvious I was in pain. The injection into my hard palate nearly made me leap out of the chair but they didn't say a word. In my opinion they appear to enjoy inflicting pain and has little concern for the pain and anxiety I was going through. Twenty solid minutes of pain and distress with no let up for a breather. They were hurrying as fast as they could. My tooth is only just starting to settle down 2 months after the 'treatment'. I can't recommend this dentist at all. Go at your peril!!

I had nothing but praise for my dentist but since they left recently I had to see another here. While coming across as pleasant they really have no customer service skills or understanding of anxious patients. I left in tears and immediately registered with a different practice. Such a shame the practice has gone downhill. A positive note is the receptionist who is lovely and very understanding!
