We have been with this dentist for 20 years, since I first took my children to see them at their NHS practice in Oxford Road, Reading. They have given us all such excellent care and advice, always with much kindness. And, importantly, we entirely trust their clinical judgment - they are not one of those dentists that tends to overdiagnose or overtreat.

The reception staff were abrupt and verging on rude. The dentist was very pushy on further treatment which, when I saw another dentist, I was told wasn't necessary. Dentist wanted to carry out treatment privately and spoke more about the cost than what he planned to do or why. I went somewhere else instead.
