Before coming to the dentist I wouldn't smile I kept my hand over my mouth, now I'm happy smiling laughing with my friends and family this dentist is fantastic but sadley my doctor I had is leaving he will be missed. They helped me to smile again after years of embarrassment, thank you so so much very much appropriated loving the new teeth.xxx my treatment started on the 10th of April I had seven appointments the last one today the 3rd of June I'm over the moon...

Today having finished a run of treatment at Broad Walk Dental Practice for fillings, crowns and a bridge I can’t express how happy I am with the results! Having been so nervous previously, the dentist had the most relaxing but yet professional manner making me feel at ease from day one. I cannot recommend, nor thank, the Broadwalk team enough. I hadn't been to a dentist in years after poor experiences elsewhere, and had neglected my teeth rather. Eventually the pain from one tooth forced my hand, though I was convinced I would need some teeth removed by this stage, and was petrified of that. From the outset, the practice have been nothing but superb. The reception staff are efficient and professional, whilst understanding and friendly, and managed to get me in on an emergency appointment. The primary tooth causing the pain was eased on that first appointment - without extraction. The dentist was superb at explaining the problem with it, the possible avenues it might take, and arranged further appointments over a few months for all the treatment I needed. At no point did I feel rushed or pressed into extraction despite it being very badly decayed. The dentist has worked on and monitored the tooth very attentively and as it stands, it looks possible that it may be saved. Similarly, I had a front tooth with visible decay which caused me embarrassment, and I was convinced would need extraction, but it took just one brief appointment for a very well executed white filling, and that was a years long concern solved. At every point, the dentist was patient, communicative and calming, and very concerned with ensuring the best pain minimisation. I am so happy with the quality of the results on all the work I have had, how it was conducted, and how at ease I was made to feel. I also had work done with a dental assistant, a filling and a clean, and they also were so attentive and professional and did a wonderful job with no pain. This practice has turned my fear of dentists around, as well as relieving me of the pain and appearance issues I had regarding my teeth, and I could not be more grateful. I actually look forward to maintaining my dental health with them now.
