Had issues with tooth and gum infection after a longish period after having root canal treatment, rang the dentist for an emergency appointment on Tuesday morning at 9am got appointment for 2pm same day where I was issued antibiotics unfortunately the tablets issued made me violently ill so another phone call to the surgery resulted in a different prescription being issued the day after. I can’t thank the staff enough for the efficient and courteous way they dealt with my issues, this is the reason I travel 25miles to still use this practice due to the staff and the dentists going that extra yard to ensure everything is covered and you are dealt with at a personal and professional level.

I was apprehensive before going to the dentist recently as I was aware I would be having a new dentist, however, my fears quickly dissipated when the dentist appeared with a very reassuring manner and a smile on her face. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist ever since I was a child so I was very pleased to meet her as she filled me with confidence straight away. Her room was on the ground floor which was even better as it was a hot day. The dentist spoke to me in a very professional but warm manner, going through my history with me and discussing what she would do on that day and in any future treatment. I would highly recommend this dentist. I came out of the appointment feeling far better than when I had gone in and very pleased to have met her. I hope she will be here for a very long time.
