We have been thrilled with the treatment our teenage daughter has received over the last two years. Because we were happy to travel to Lowestoft instead of Norwich the waiting time was significantly reduced. There is good transport links and parking is available near by. We were always seen promptly at our appointment slot. All members of staff were kind, comforting and helpful. We could not have asked for better service. Thank you!

My daughter suffered from both uneven teeth and an overbite. She was referred to Regent Rd O/P by own dentist. We have nothing but praise for the staff - they are friendly, professional and seeing the same person each time maintains an important level of continuity / trust. My daughter has finished her treatment now and we are extremely pleased with the results. She sings / dances / acts and, as such, having nice straight teeth is very important. Appointments were always on time, the practice was always very clean, tidy and well run. Nothing but praise!

Over the course of 2 years the service and professionalism from all staff at Regent Road Orthodontic Practice has been exceptional. My son with ASD was treated sympathetically and gently with the most simple of procedures being fully explained and then carried out methodically and thoroughly. The end result is amazing with perfect teeth and a son who is no longer terrified of dental rooms, workers or procedures.
