Excellent service, excellent people and now I have excellent teeth :)

I had know need to be nervous as everyone so kind the reception was calming dental nurse and a lovely young male dentist very gentle im now had a 3rd visit and been discharged i am very happy at park house now ive been to hygienist my first ever time so all clean now and i will definitely keep my visits up its a pleasure when you get a good dental practice ive been to many and they been absolutely awful towards park house so it puts you off but not anymore my faith is restored

myself and my son have attended Park for a few years now. I am happy with the service I receive but cannot understand why my son has never had a scale and polish even though he clearly needs one. He is an occasional smoker and there is a build up of black between his front teeth which is causing him to feel embarrassed. He has asked on the last 3 visits fir a scale and polish and has still not had one. I have checked with the NHS and I am told a scale and polish is included as part of his check up and he should not be refused this service. I have had a scale and polish without even having to ask so I am puzzled why my son isn’t being given the same service. We are both due for a check up again this month and I will ask once again for him to have a scale and polish, if he is refused this time I will unfortunately have to find another dentist who is willing to provide the care he clearly needs.
