I am currently having my treatment as a new patient. I am very pleased with the team that are looking after me. The gentleman dentist is very welcoming, at my first appointment he showed me my xrays and asked me what treatment would I prefer after giving me all the options. The nurse is so helpful and so informative she is always making sure i am ok and understand what the treatments involve. I was provided with leaflets about my treatment which explained what would happen. As I am very nervous this was a great way to relax me and I now know what every step will involve. I am so glad I have come to the dentist. Would recommend to everyone. The receptionist team are always helpful with my appointments can't fault this dental practice.

I recently visited the dentist for a check up I was shocked that it was yet another dentist but relieved to see the nurse was back from her leave! I had to re book for treatment and managed to get an appointment within two weeks. The dentist and nurse explained everything to me but I informed him I wouldn't have work done without this nurse being present and wouldn't book in till she was working. I have got so used to her over the years and although dentists come and go I hope she stays. Would recommend to anyone to see the team in the little room. Only negative is the reception team tend to be to busy talking to each other than dealing with patients.

I am extremely happy with the whole experience I had here. I lost a tooth a couple of months ago and from the moment I registered with this practice my issue was solved within 3 weeks! On my first appointment I had my X-ray and check up done from there my dentist gave me all my options and recommended what was best to do, temporary denture to give time for my gum to heal and then the bridge. She was very informative and helpful and I knew I was in good hands. Both the dentist and nurse seemed to be working extremely well together and both were really caring and friendly. I wish I had come here sooner to save my teeth spreading out however now that I have had this good experience I can’t wait to be back in 3 months for my bridge! I plan to stay here for future treatments even though it isn’t local to me. I wish this form allowed me to mention names as I really feel both the dentist and nurse deserve recognition! Thank you!
