This dentist is the worst dentist I’ve ever visited. Firstly going back a long time ago I met with my dentist and he was so horrible to me somebody who struggles with going to the dentist and dental phobia that he kicked my fears into overdrive and I’ve never been the same again since. Over the years I’ve spent a fortune on sedation because of people like this man. Recently I have been back to the dentist that this man runs but I saw a different dentist who was a lovely man. After starting to build up more confidence I booked an appointment which I then had to change due to a family emergency there was a bit of confusion over the time and I was 15 minutes late, The practice answer to this was to kick me out! It was this man’s decision overall to kick out a paying customer with a dental phobia that has been exasperated by him! Not only have I never missed an appointment I’ve also never been late for an appointment. He decided to kick me out for a 15 minute error yet he made my husband and toddler child wait outside for more than half an hour for his box appointment what compensation does my husband get for this! Does he get a refund! Absolutely double standards and everything I hate about dental. This man and this practice are an absolute joke.

This dentist is absolutely appalling don’t have the energy to go into detail but if your ever considering choosing it, save yourself the time and regret and go to a different better place.
