I have heard so many people call these people but I received the very best treatment from the dentist who was brill took me through every stage of my treatment but the whole lot of staff were brill with me and I would like to thank them all it was brill and I will be going back again thank you all for your care.

Recently had a letter to cancel an appointment. I was told over the phone that my dentist has now left the practice and I would be seeing a locum now. I have to say I was apprehensive about seeing a locum and slightly upset at my appointment being cancelled and having to rebook. The girl I spoke to on the phone was very apologetic and advised unfortunately it was unavoidable that we needed to rebook the appointment and she would get me back in as soon as she could. I have to say I was apprehensive about seeing a locum dentist. However she was very nice and pleasant and I would defiantly recommend her to other patients at the practice.

Excellent service! I am a very nervous patient and I recently visited the dentist as I had pain and was very anxious about attending. The reception team were very helpful when I rang to book in for an appointment and got me in on the same day. This was a different dentist to my usual dentist however was excellent service, very pleased.
