Reception staff very rude, abrupt and asked my children not to take the toys out of the box and make a mess because she'd just put them away! Then why have a box of toys to play with then?? The dentist - who advised it was 'Dr' not Mr Dentist as my 4 yr old son referred to him. He didn't have a nice bedside manner at all - the children were asked to be quiet during their appointment... a definite no no for me if you want children to engage with a dentist!!!! We had two appointments and now I've moved practice to a lovely dentist who fantastic with children.
