Firstly the dentist at the practice is very pleasant professional and good quality dentistry. The receptionist is the complete opposite. Constant threats of being struck off, extremely unhelpful, always told there are never any appointments available, extremely patronising, her duty of care is non existent during emergency treatment/appointments. I have never experienced such an unprofessional attitude, abrupt, uninterested unhelpful attitude. Overall this would be a fantastic dental practice if not for the receptionist. The lady needs too be removed from the dental practice asap.The lady's attitude is outrageous.

I made an attempt to register here recently and I was put off in the end by the rather abrasive demeanor of the receptionist I encountered. I am a very diplomatic person and I work within the NHS and understand the pressures on all staff but I don't expect to be greeted with a poor attitude when I am asking straight forward, sensible questions. I was also told some incorrect information about the registration process and I feel this person was being intentionally awkward in an attempt to put me off registering. Well it worked, I will look for another place nearby. Maybe this person was having a couple of off days on both the occasions I spoke with them and hopefully others don't have a similar experience in the future.
