I called because I lost a filling but needed to sign up with a dentist anyway. I managed to get an appointment straight away due to a cancellation, so cannot vouch for wait of appointments. I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived to find a lovely, calm waiting room with plenty of comfortable seating, TV and magazines, I had to wait a little as an emergency came in, they were very apologetic. This was a positive, if I ever had an emergency then I know I would have been treated with priority, so was more than happy with waiting. The dentist was fantastic, he was lovely and friendly making me feel at ease straight away. He gave me options on my treatment and costs, carried out a detailed examination and then talked me through what he was going to do. All went well with no pain; he was very efficient so was finished pretty quickly. I never felt rushed at all during this time which I find with other dentist surgeries. I didn't have to wait to get my bill, again the receptionist staff were friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend!

my son has Down Syndrome and his dentist refused to do a filling and referred him to the dental hospital , after over a year wait , we went and he was very uncomfortable in the environment and not happy to have gas and air ! So we contacted elbow lane dentist , as soon as we walked in he was at ease , it has a calm relaxed atmosphere, he went straight in , the dentist made him very welcome , comfortable and relaxed . She went at his pace and did the filling there and then , it was a very positive experience for him and in his words " I loved it , it was amazing ! Cannt ask for more than that , highly recommend ????

In March 2018, I was recommended to see a dentist in Elbow Lane as I needed an implant. From the moment I walked through the door I was impressed with the dental practice- the way it looks like a hotel reception, the friendliness of staff, very efficient service but most of all the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. I have had many appointments leading up to actually receiving the implant and have always been kept very informed about the stages involved in the procedure and what was being done. I have had bad experiences in my old dentist where I’ve been a patient all my life so as an adult have often been somewhat apprehensive when going to the dentist. My time at Elbow Lane has made going to the dentist a very positive experience. The staff cannot do enough to help and put patients at ease. I would like to thank all staff involved in advising and supporting me during my treatment. I can not recommend Elbow Lane enough and because of my experience there I have now asked to be taken on as a new patient. I look forward to my next visit.
