I find visiting any dentist makes me nervous, however, since visiting Northway Dental Practice, I have gained absolute confidence. Communication excellent; text reminders, all staff from reception - are friendly and so efficient. My dentist and assistant are so caring and thorough - they explain the treatment plan and collaborate every step of the treatment. Most importantly, they anticipate potential pain. The level of skill and service is second to none. The whole experience reflects the ethos of a dental practice with extremely high standards of skills and caring. This practice has completely changed since being taken over by the current owners. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and put you at ease. All treatments are explained in a clear and understanding way along with the costs associated with them. Appointments are no longer a problem and the early morning opening is great for attending before work. I agree with other reviews that the scary trips to the dentist no longer seem like that due to the caring environment that is now in place. Thanks to all the practice staff for making it that bit easier!

Recent had zoom teeth whitening at northway dental practice. I am delighted with the outcome of my teeth, feel a lot more confident and would highly recommend to anyone. The staff who treated me where fantastic, made me very comfortable and relaxed. I have recommended this to my mum who will be going in shortly to have her teeth done.
