We have visited here for several years for NHS treatment and braces for 2 teenage daughters. It is extremely rare to be seen on time - we wait at least half an hour after our appointment time at every visit, no apologies or explanations. The practice is extremely busy but maybe they should rethink their appointment system and not accept so many patients each day or try and squeeze so many patients in each day. The technicians and nurses are very knowledgable and we have no complaints about the treatment and outcomes but the service is terrible in terms of waiting times and communication. Appointment flexibility is zero - you have to take what is offered or be set back weeks at a time and emergency appointments are strictly offered between 12 and 1 which is not very accommodating considering majority of clients are school age. It would appear that their entire appointment system needs a re-think with patients in mind rather than business.
