You can never get hold of them to book an appointment, the phone lines are constantly diverting to a message that the surgery is closed and not taking any patients other than emergency due to Covid. Its September 2022 at 2pm!!!

I moved to St Helens, and signed up to mydentist, Victoria Square, St Helens dentist. 2 years of standard check ups and basic work, with no issues but no actions for £30+ per visit. However when fillings were required they were never successful and always came out. On 4 occasions the same filling came out within days. After waiting nearly 3 months of pain before being seen again, a fresh set we put in, and more costs received, these also fell out. I pursued this with the dentist surgery who challenged but eventually returned my money, however the manor in which i was responded to; in person, via phone and email; was not professional nor fitting of the issues id experience. My experience of mydentist victoria, their reception staff through to their dentists, patients care is not their prime concern. I have since moved myself to another dentist further away but my faith in dentists has been restored. be aware that sub par dentist should not be tolerated at any cost!
