Dr Gokul is fabulous he is efficient and does outstanding work. Always polite and happy to see you. His dental nurse is the same she certainly knows her stuff and they seem to work as a very good team However the same cannot be said of the receptionist today. Not the regular red haired person. She was abrupt and quite rude. Which was a stark contrast to the usual receptionist, who is always polite, friendly and efficient. Unlike the receptionist today who made me feel unwelcome. She actually seemed annoyed. Such a shame shes letting the side down.

Dr Gokul has always been very pleasant when visiting. I’ve had an issue with a root canal and he has tried his hardest to find the cheapest and easiest way of resolving it, knowing I am nervous at the dentist. I have a two year old child and no family in the area, all the staff have always been accommodating to the fact a child will have to sit in the appointment.

My dentist is friendly, professional and unlike others defiantly looks after his patients. The reception team and dental assistants are also top notch; friendly, committed, and helpful. I went to mydentist once who repaired a bridge with a laser for it to fail thirty minutes later (having done nothing). I told my dentist i needed adhesive and I got adhesive and it lasted months. Since then this practice has done wonders to help me when my bridge fails (unfortunately I don’t have good sized teeth either side - it’s awful having no front teeth - confidence drops when you can’t speak well, especially where I work). I have now had bone graft surgery and implants after he sorted scans due to bone damage; giving me his mobile number in case of an emergency (stitch’s healing) - that to me shows me the quality of a good dentist who primarily focuses on patients. I really recommend the surgery, though they are busy and don’t always run on time but that’s because they don’t rush patients out the door - I guess if that’s the service you want, you could take a ticket at mydentist and believe me you’ll see a difference in dental practices, and for that reason I wouldn’t want the surgery to alter its approach. Before here; I tried six other practices in Morecambe/Lancaster as private when I first moved here, I wouldn’t want to change even if I moved away again! Excellent. 5/5 Stars
