Have been going to this dentist for many many years. Have to say I’m not impressed lately. Dentists appointment has been cancelled 3 times now. Haven’t been seen by a dentist in a year now. Excuses excuses lately. As for the reception staff they use to be really friendly and pleasant. Don’t get me wrong there is Danielle who is excellent and are lucky to have her . But as for the rest they have been rude and one nearly had ago at me down the phone. Seriously considering moving dentists which is a shame as I have been going for a long time . As for the dentist , I can’t fault him he’s great at what his does . But as for the appointments being cancelled last minute it is getting to the point where it’s becoming frustrating now!
