I had to wait 30 min on the phone just to be told that there were not available appointments within the next 2 months | |||||||

After being very scared and nervous of the dentist and not attending in over 12 years. I recently visited the dentist who was lovely and the Hygienist upstairs who was brilliant.
The Hygienist did a wonderful job and my teeth felt amazing afterwards, she was so lovely and very reassuring knowing i was frightened. She stopped to give me a rest when i raised my arm and was very compassionate

Told the dentist on first visit about a pain that felt like root pain where a root canal would be needed, as I’ve had this before.
It was not taken seriously by the dentist, who then proceeded to just change the filling in the tooth.
This resulted in the tooth being five times worse once the anaesthetic wore off. Before, the tooth itself didn’t hurt, just inside the gum, and now the whole tooth was so painful even when breathing.
Tried to call the practice back countless of times and no answer.
Called again the next day, and would have to wait a month for a new appointment.
Had to call a different emergency dentist at 4am that night after being in so much pain I couldn’t bare it anymore. Turns out the root was rotting. Needed a root canal but opted just to get rid of the tooth, and it cost me a fortune.
Also had a chipped front tooth that the dentist filled in: the filling was a different colour to the rest of the tooth, and it FELL OUT after two weeks. | |||||||
