I had some dental implants done about two years ago by them. Whilst away on holiday they fell out. I went to a dentist's in Vienna where I was and they told me that only the practice where I had them done had the key, something they (the practice) never told me. I rang them from Vienna on the 6th of July 2019 to explain the situation and get an appointment to have the implants fixed upon my return to the UK today, July 11th. They tried to book me in for the.. second week of August, condemning me to a whole month of life with a gaping hole at front middle of my mouth, with two screws dangling out of the jawbone like Hannibal Lecter. After much protestation they booked me in for the 18th of July 2019, thus reducing my agony, inability to eat, socialise, or go to job interviews to "just one week." Quite frankly this whole thing is beyond just a bad experience, I need to find out where I stand legally. Surely no person should be left in pain and unable to eat or live normally, i.e. go out or talk to a recruiter.
